Hi Erin! Just discovered your page and I love it. I have a question about the meal plan: What does Power, Easy, Fast, and Light mean?Thanks so much!
Hi Michelle! Power meals are going to be high calorie and nutritionally dense in order to power a workout or refuel after a workout. Easy meals are really simple but nutritious meals. Fast meals are those that, out of necessity, have to be thrown together for a quick meal or to go. Light meals are for when you don’t need a lot of calories but you do need to eat something. These were just some categories that I noticed my meals falling into, and I figured there were a lot of others out there who needed different options, too!
Obviously no supplements or “protein” shakes? You eat real food!
