Here is my sample meal plan <ESF_MealPlan>. I built in a lot of flexibility because I know life gets crazy! If you have any questions, just ask 🙂

    • Hi Michelle! Power meals are going to be high calorie and nutritionally dense in order to power a workout or refuel after a workout. Easy meals are really simple but nutritious meals. Fast meals are those that, out of necessity, have to be thrown together for a quick meal or to go. Light meals are for when you don’t need a lot of calories but you do need to eat something. These were just some categories that I noticed my meals falling into, and I figured there were a lot of others out there who needed different options, too!
