Ever find yourself on the go or without enough time to get to the gym? Here is a workout you can easily do at home or in a hotel! Of course, you can always do this at the gym and add things like medicine balls and resistance bands to the workout for an extra challenge. Speaking of extra challenges, I’ve given you a few different levels that you pick from based on your fitness level, strengths, and weaknesses.
